Next Door Wine Bar wanted to start branding and raise their brand awareness. Next Door also wants to portray a classy and sophisticated image. This explains my choice of Next Door’s interior (which was also taken by me). Image of the bar’s interior would give the readers a real sense of the bar’s atmosphere and energy.
Toscana Italian Grill wanted to focus on promoting authentic Italian food and being the place for Italian. I decided to promote one of Toscana’s most popular pizza (being Italian most well-known food): Parma e Funghi. This would trigger the readers’ appetite and restaurant’s information with phone number and address acted as the “call to action” of the ad.
I had a wonderful opportunity to collaborate with White Gold Cheese to promote their cheese products in one of our dishes on City Palate, July 2015 issue.
This is one of Toscana Italian Grill’s signature dishes called Caprese Salad. It is a very popular Italian salad with simple, fresh ingredients red tomatoes, basil pesto or basil leaves and Fior di Latte cheese. The reason for these ingredients is because they make up the colours of the Italian flag, and that is also why this dish is one Italy’s best.

Toscana Italian Grill wanted to focus on an image of authentic Italian dishes, prepared with fresh ingredients. This image shows the Seafood Risotto dish, which is a very popular dish along Italian coasts and southern Italy.
